Not Tough Enough

My dog overall loved the trout toy — it was fun, had a good appearance, and wasn’t overly hard, making it enjoyable and stimulating to play with. However, it couldn’t stand up to my heeler’s intense chewing. He quickly ripped through the stitching and got to the stuffing inside. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t durable enough for a heavy chewer.

Looks Great - Poor Concept

Good in concept, definitely not rated for anything other than a mouthy dog with no teeth. My dog is a medium chewer, thought 2 out of 3 stars would be sufficient to keep him more than a few hours before ripping to shreds. Plastic outside is annoyingly glued to fabric and comes off in pieces. Took it away shortly after.

Doggie loves the troutie

Love this toy! It’s super cute and made pretty durable. My dog goes through toys like crazy and destroys them within minutes. This one has lasted several days with minimal wear. She sleeps with it at night. Obsessed that it’s a trout.
