Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good So Far We bought this to use inside in our foyer to use when we couldn’t keep an eye on our new puppy. It probably would be too flimsy on its own as he can easily manipulate the shape of the enclosure with very little effort. We ended up zip tying his little crate to the side and that gave it a bit more stability. He is 13 weeks old now and we have been using it for 3 weeks. He’s not an overly rambunctious dog, so it’s working well for us so far; however, it’s apparent that we won’t be able to use it for much longer. It’s been a lifesaver numerous times and I’m glad we purchased it. We ordered online and picked up in store and it was a breeze. Assembly was a little confusing, but not too bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile! Not limited to circular pen. This pen is so versatile. I bought it years ago when I needed to contain my large dogs at one end of the house away from where I was providing hospice care for my sister. There was no narrow door way where I wanted to set the boundary. So an ordinary pet gate was not an option. This fit the bill perfectly as I was able to stretch it across the entire room. I continue to use it regularly to divide the house into sections, as I have two dogs with different dietary needs that need to eat with an automated feeder when I am at work. This keeps them separated but with adequate room to roam. With the added door way you can just step through if you want to leave it standing. But with the way it folds up (accordion style) you don't really even need to worry with the door. It's worth every penny for the functionality and convenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Calling All Campers! We connected two sets to create an enclosure that allows us to open the door of our camper and let our two large dogs go out into a secure area. There is room inside the enclosure for our table and chairs, and it all fits under the awning. We camp for months at a time, so added standard fencing stakes to make the pen sturdier. Dogs learned quickly to do their business at the far end where there is no rug. Sure beats taking them out on leashes in the middle of the night! Like having a portable mini-yard. Collapsed pens are light enough to lash to rooftop of camper when we change locations. Only suggestion would be a wider gate opening so we didn't have to lift larger items over the fence, but otherwise a super solution to camping with dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A well made product and portable This pen is very well built and is very portable. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a pen that is well made and simple and fast to set up and take down.

Is this product water proof? Is it able to be left outside at all times?

Asked by: Stormiss
The Journey Exercise pen has a weather resistant coating. It can be left outside, but please keep in mind it is metal and if it is continuously left outside in damp or wet weather, eventually it could prematurely rust.
