Soft comfortable kennel pad

I’m glad you asked for a review. The retriever cooling dog pad for the kennel is fine. We are more than satisfied with it. What we are highly dissatisfied with and the reason we will no longer shop at our local tractor supply is due to unprofessional, discourteous service that we received from Sara who stated she was a manager. The pad was not available when we purchased the kennel and we were told we could get a rain check. When we called the store to see if the pad was available the assistant manager Eric said yes and he would put it upfront for us and that we could purchase it for the sale price which was $10 off per our rain check. When we went to the store the same day to purchase it Sara refuse to honor the rain check, stating she had no record of it, and that typically rain checks are not given for small items, but only larger items. Twice she refused to honor the price we had been given over the phone from Eric. When I asked for the district manager’s phone number she said she could not provide that. In the end, she ultimately said she would as a one time courtesy allow us to purchase the pad at the sale price. Again, we’ve always shopped tractor supply but after this experience, we will no longer be your customer. It only takes one bad experience to turn a good customer into a customer no longer. Thank you.

Puppy love it!

We got two of these for our Australian shepherd puppy as he seemed to sleep warm. We put one on our couch and one in his crate and he loves them. We have them for almost 2 months now and they are holding up pretty good. The gray side is his favorite and seems to be the cooler side. Either way was a great purchase.
