Works great!

I purchased the brush for an “off label” use. I’m a residential Painting contractor. At the end of a job, sometimes I have multiple paint brushes to wash. This pet brush did a good job of cleaning the bristles of my paint brushes, but I’m sure it would work well to brush out a longer coated dog as well.
