Different Consistency Dog Food (Retriever)

I was very disappointed in this product. For some reason, the larger cans (which is the only way you can order this product online) had consistency much SOFTER than the smaller cans I get in the store. My chihuahua (18 years old) has only a couple of teeth left & I have to hand-feed him so he can lap up the food. He was not able to do that with the softer-consistency large cans. Would it be possible to order online the smaller cans? Otherwise I will continue going to the store to buy the smaller cans. However, there is not always a big supply on hand.
