Q: My dogs current collar measures 16” does that mean I should be ordering the 16” or is that from ring to ring making it smaller?

Good buy but I ordered the wrong size!

Good quality, smaller linked chain, but I ordered the wrong size. I ordered a 20 inch but needed a 22 inch, so had to return the chain I ordered. The store did not carry the 22 inch length in the smaller linked chain, so I got my money refunded very easily.
