Sufficient Water For Processing, Chicken, Meat By-Products, Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Beef, Corn Starch, Salt.... In the first ingredient list it stated that Beef was the main ingredient !!! Why is this in the detailed list ?? Can't make up your mind ???
