I thought the material would be great for my dog as she doesn’t like fluffy but almost canvas or couch like fibers.When I started to pull the dog bed something  fell and touched my arm, I did one more tug and more “dirt” and other little “small particles” fell on my head and arms.Come to find out I stop pulling and it’s a bunch of mice/rat feces on the bed. I stop at that point just disgusted and go to the front to ask where the bathroom is and to let them know. I only get “sorry about that,you can tell us to get the bed instead” and “where is the bed?” I told them I left it on the shelf. Cleaned up my hands and arms in the bathroom. I got an apology but that’s it. Little empathy and a terrible experience.I always get my pet food there. What if that was someone’s kid that got a  face full of rat feces? They are vectors for pathogens. Keep it clean tractor supply, better facility management.  I hope I don’t get sick. Wish I’d got a picture, I didn’t want To touch anything. I had my mom drive us home.
