Let's take bets on how to wash this bed!

I loved this bed until it came time to wash it. I can deal with the difficulty of removing the outer cover, but there are ZERO washing instructions on this product. There is no care tag anywhere. the outside I can figure out--cold water wash. But the guts of this look like some kind of hair-like fiber. Sometimes you gotta wash the guts too. Accidents happen that soak through the cover. I have no idea how to wash that inside, or if I can dry it even on air fluff, and other reviewers say the customer service number is useless. Beautiful bed. Not so beautiful end game.
