The RESCUE! Outdoor POP! Fly Trap lures and traps flies in a large-capacity, reusable container. Flies are drawn into the trap where they cannot escape by our unmatched lure that flies find irresistible. This durable trap can fit up to 40,000 flies (yes, we counted) and can be reused again and again with available refills. - A: There are a few ways that you can dispose of the contents of your Fly Trap, and they all involve dumping the contents into the trash. You can pour the contents into a sealable container like a Ziplock bag and throw that away. Regardless of how you dispose of the trap contents, we recommend using some kind of trash liner or plastic bag to contain it and manage the odor.9 months agoHelpful?

- A: Thankfully, the attractant inside our traps is non-toxic and made of food or feed-grade ingredients. The contents do have yeast, and if ingested it can cause an upset stomach, vomiting, and possibly diarrhea. If the trap contained flies, they can carry bacteria and may add to the gastrointestinal discomfort.a year agoHelpful?
Q: Can this be used indoors around cats, dogs and small birds/animals? (Hung from the ceiling obviously) Our fly problem has finally reached the house now.

- A: No, our POP! Fly Trap is meant for outdoor use only. While it is non-toxic, the attractant still produces a strong, unpleasant smell that you will not want to have inside. We recommend placing these traps outside and at least 20 feet away from any building entrances, windows, and areas with human activity.2 years agoHelpful?

Q: When it is sunny my deck and back of the house are full of flies. The trap is right on the deck steps and has one dead fly in it after 3 days. What is wrong?

- A: Is the center piece in the top cap popped up all the way so that flies may enter the trap? If so and you are still not catching flies, you can exchange it at the store where you purchased the trap and try again with a new one, or contact the manufacturer at info@rescue.com to help troubleshoot.4 years agoHelpful?

I have 2 fly traps. I have a next door neighbor that has goats, chickens and rabbits. She also has a compost area...basically throws out whatever at the edge of woods and doesn't cover it. She's absolutely disgusting.
They worked fantastic last year and they were placed farther that the 20 feet instructions. I have them closer to her filth now and it's unbelievable how many flies they are catching. Yes, the attractant smells like death but it's better than getting bit by horseflies or catching some type of disease from them

Flies sun bathed right next to it.

There were hundreds of flies sunning on my back deck. I bought thos and set it out and they continued to sun right next to it. None of them entered it.
