Sizing way off

The medium states the depth is 15" when it's actually just under 5.25". Yes you read that right. Sizing way off as others have stated. My dog's face sticks out so many inches beyond this despute measuring before pickup. Size up and be prepared to return.

Made well needs to be deeper.

It’s made well but needs to be deeper. Dog breeds with long nose can reach wounds, so we taped more plastic around edge to make it deeper.
