The Reliance 52 gal. Vertical Pressurized Well Tank is factory pre-charged for efficiency. The air charge valve is conveniently located for easy pressure adjustment. Butyl rubber parabolic diaphragm eliminates rubbing on the tank wall or rolling over on itself.

Q: What is the actual diameter of the opening that leads into the tank. I realize the elbow for this model is 1.25 inches, but the inlet into the tank itself is visibly smaller and I’m trying to determine if it’s 1 inch or 3/4 inches.

Tank is fine. Lightweight seems to work well. The base, however, is a little cheesy. Lightweight plastic best to be set on perfectly flat concrete. Once in place works well, but a little worrisome. When you're jostling around, try to position.

The measurements listed online are incorrect for this item. I’ve bought it twice and both times received the wrong size. I’ve contacted customer service several times .. very time consuming. Been waiting for my refund on my credit card and haven’t heard back. Several weeks without an operating unit.
