Q: What is the shock load rating for these if used in a safety chain on a towed trailer? Load capacity and shock load are two different values.

  • A: Thank you for your question! Via the prints and engineering specification, the rated load for quick link is 5,000LB. The break strength testing requirement is 7,500LB.
