Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome fence for dogs I got this for a dog fence. My dogs are 90 to 100 pound a peice and they dont get out of it. I dont have the money to spend on a chainlink fence so i got this and took my chances. We bought landscaping timbers to put it up with. I have had the fence up for 3 years now and have had no problems with it. We painted the landscaping timbers with tar that way they would hold up for a long time. It was truely a cheap fix to a huge problem. My dogs are very happy and have plenty of room to run around. Oh plus i have a 24ft pool and a 24 ft trampoline in the fence and my dogs still have plenty of room to run.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The great Houdini stopper! This cattle fence has stopped my very smart quarter horse from getting out and wandering around the field into places he should not be. He has learned how to open the rubber handle gates on our electric fence and has left the whole herd out. So in order to stop the "Great Houdini" (escape artist) from doing this, we purchased several rolls of this fence and installed it with "T" posts. Along the top we ran a hot wire and used the rubber gate handles but we had to make a loop over the gate handle in order to stop him from grabbing the gate and unhooking it. So now, Houdini stays in his pasture with the rest of the herd!

Is this good for miniature horses?

Asked by: Scalisti
It depends upon the height and jumping ability of the horse. This fence is 3.5ft or 42in high. Ideally you want a fence that reaches up to the horses chest.

is 42 inch tall enough to keep a cow inside

Asked by: Connor83
This could work depending on the size of the cattle and how many strands of barbed wire that will be installed above.
