Reconcile Flavored Chewable Tablets for Dogs are formulated with fluoxetine hydrochloride to help manage separation anxiety. These once-daily tablets, used alongside behavior modification techniques, help alleviate symptoms such as destructive behavior, inappropriate elimination, excessive whining or barking, drooling, pacing, and refusal to eat, promoting a calmer state of mind in dogs. How it Works
The active ingredient in Reconcile Tablet is fluoxetine hydrochloride, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor that helps to balance the chemicals in your pet that lead to unwanted behaviors, depression, panic, and anxiety.
Special Precautions
Do not administer Reconcile to dogs who are hypersensitive to SSRIs, such as fluoxetine HLI. Reconcile should not be used in combination with medications that lower seizure thresholds. These include chlorpromazine, acepromazine, or phenothiazines. If a dog has a history of seizures or has been diagnosed with epilepsy, Reconcile should not be given. Do not use with any MAOI drug, including amitraz, selegiline hydrochloride (L-deprenyl) or within 2 weeks of discontinuing such medications. After discontinuing, observe a 6-week washout period before administering medications that may cause adverse reactions with norfluoxetine or fluoxetine. Keep out of reach of animals and children.
Overdose Information
If you suspect an overdose, contact your vet or emergency medical facility immediately.
Side Effects
Potential side effects of Reconcile include seizure, diarrhea, tremors, vomiting, depression, lethargy, decreased appetite. If you notice any of these symptoms, contact your vet.

Store between 68-77°F (20-25°C). Excursions permitted between 15-30°C (59-86°F). Do not remove desiccant canister from the bottle. Completely close bottle between uses.
