Of Course They Weather!

I’m not sure what folks were expecting purchasing a wood and steel banded whiskey barrel, but they are meant to weather. Keep them wet and full of soil and mulch and the band will not loosen up or fall off. I’ve had mine stuffed with perennial flowers and they have aged well because they are staying hydrated. I do not advise setting them directly onto your sidewalk, patio, etc. as the rust will stain block and concrete.
