When your pet needs long-lasting protection against fleas and ticks, consider the Provecta Pro Flea and Tick Collar for Dogs. Made for canines at least 12 weeks of age and older, this collar is designed with your pup's comfort and safety in mind. The flexible, breakaway buckle makes it easy to remove or adjust the dog flea and tick collar, and active ingredients, such as S-Methoprene and Deltamethrin, are effective against a variety of flea and tick types. The flea and tick collar for dogs is also waterproof, meaning furry friends can swim, bathe and be out in the rain without worry.How it Works

Insect growth regulator halts the flea life cycle by killing flea eggs and larvae.

Special Precautions

Do not open protective pouch until ready to use. Do not let children or pets play with this collar. *Do NOT use on Cats.

Active Ingredients

Deltamethrin, (S)-methoprene

  • Provides up to 6 months of protection against ticks, fleas and mosquitoes
  • Features a flexible, breakaway buckle for easy removal or adjusting, as well as safety and comfort
  • Formulated for dogs and puppies ages 12 weeks and older
  • Eliminates adult fleas that could be causing the following: flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), flea bite anemia and tapeworm
  • Insect growth regulator (IGR) offers additional protection by stopping the flea life cycle, killing eggs and larvae
  • Kills the following types of ticks: Brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineous), American dog tick (Dermacentor variabilis) and deer tick (Ixodes scapularis and Ixodes pacificus)
  • Prevents diseases caused by ticks, including Lyme Disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, anaplasmosis, babesiosis and ehrlichiosis
  • Not affected by water, so dogs can swim or be out in the rain without needing to remove the collar
  • One size fits all
  • Contains the following active ingredients: S-Methoprene and Deltamethrin
  • Includes 1 flea and tick collar for dogs per carton
  • Do not use on cats

Do not buy!

Do not bother with wasting money or time with this flea collar! Put on my dog who had maybe few fleas was time to change her seresto collar, BIG MISTAKE! After 8days wearing it her constant whining and chewing made me look at her belly to see her infested with fleas! I don't think I've seen that many fleas on an animal EVER! Nice thing tractor supply honored the return on it and i went back to seresto, well worth the extra money!
