Tasty homemade pizza

I wanted to try pizza oven for the long time since my son love pizza. Now we can make our pizza at home with whatever ingredients that we like. The pizza comes out fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to treat our family and friend a home made pizza date. Love it so much.

Oh my god, this is the first time I've used this type of outdoor oven. I used to only bake pizza in my indoor oven. For me, this oven is really good, it can make crispy and evenly golden cakes. When finished, it is easy to clean. At first I wasn't used to adjusting the temperature, but it's very easy to do, now I can do it well.

So simple to set up!

OK. So I finally decided to try my hand at sourdough. So with my discard I made Pizzas and they were delicious! The Prokan Kano 16" made it so easy! The digital tools let me set the temp exactly and the crustcame out 100%
