The ProFlex High-Performance Spandex Back Support Brace is simply the best performing back support available. Designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques while also enhancing the body's intra-abdominal pressure, this back support brace moves the stress away from the spine for back pain relief. This support brace features Sticky Finger Stays, innovative Power Panel positioners and more.
- Patented non-conductive Sticky Fingers stay for long wear
- Innovative Power Panel Positioners ensure the tension bands stay close by
- Support brace has a unique V-shaped design for support
- 840D spandex body material for comfortable stretch
- Adjustable and detachable suspenders keep the back brace in place
- Waist size ranges from 25 in. to 58 in. / 64 cm to 147 cm
- To clean the support brace, machine wash cold; air dry
- We cannot guarantee that wearing a back brace will prevent workplace injury or be a cure for lower back pain, but when used properly these supports will provide extra lumbar support, promote proper lifting techniques and help you through a work day of bending, twisting, and schlepping
- Great for airport luggage handlers, warehouse/distribution employees, material handling, construction crews, maintenance, assembly/fabrication, landscaping/grounds and jobs that require heavy lifting
- When not lifting, be sure to loosen the belt
- When the back support is on correctly, the worker will have additional support for lifting and is more likely to use proper posture
- Tightening the back support belt enhances the body's intra-abdominal pressure and moves the stress away from the spine
- ProFlex Back Supports provide lower back support and abdominal support for lifting heavy objects
- Turn it into a back support belt by simply detaching the shoulder straps from the belt
- To choose your size, use flexible measuring tape and find the circumference around your body at your belly button; the support should fit snugly around your hips with the front of the support two-fingers width below your navel

The grip stop it from riding up. The ability to move the compression strap to the side. Add in the light material its made of. This thing is a huge upgrade from my last one. Completely worth the money.

It wasn't sturdy as I thought it would be. It wasn't worth the price I didn't think the quality was there.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Appreciate the feedback and sorry to hear it wasn't working out as you'd like! We do recommend double checking the support is being worn properly. It should sit an inch below the belly button with the side panels pulled as tightly as possible. For our firmest fit, you could also try the ProFlex 1500 weightlifter support, which features 360 degrees of rigid foam support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how the tightening system works by pulling the stretchy sides. But I’m left wondering, and maybe this is just psychological, if the traditional style of belt is better because it has no “give” or elasticity to it like this product does? I have a retaining wall installation coming up that will be the ultimate litmus test. It actually performed better than expected, I really like how the tension straps on the side are adjustable for non lifting periods. The only concern I have is the longevity of the hook n' loop fasteners holding up over the long haul, especially when sand and dirt get mixed in.

Thank you for your feedback, Dustin. To answer your question, all Ergodyne products have been thoroughly tested in a variety of conditions and we are confident in the longevity of our supports. Hook and loop are susceptible to issues with too much interference (aka sand, dirt, grime, etc). But with the amount and type of hook and loop used, performance should not decrease and you can always clean the hook and loop to regain performance if needed.
