Do you have vertical sliding vinyl windows with loose-fitting, worn or missing locks? Besides adding a "new look" to your vinyl windows with a fresh set of locking hardware, these sash locks can help add peace of mind by restoring the security features on your vertical sliding vinyl windows. These locks can mount on most single-hung and double-hung vertical sliding windows constructed of vinyl. Each lock features a cam-type mechanism that is designed to draw the keeper in firmly towards the lock, providing your windows with tighter seals, better weatherizing, and increased security. They are constructed of heavy-duty vinyl composite material, and come in a corrosion-resistant, stylish matte black smooth finish to match other existing hardware that may already be in the home. Depending on the size of the sash, these locks can be used as singles or in pairs. Each set includes one lock and keeper, installation fasteners and simple instructions. Installation of these sash locks is easy and can be done with a simple handheld Phillips head screwdriver. Other design features include cam-action fastening and 2-1/16 inch mounting hole centers on both the lock and keeper. These sash locks mount on vertical sliding vinyl windows where the checkrails (also known as "meeting rails") of both the inner and outer sash rest flush.   • Lock has 1-3/4 inch mounting hole centers, keeper has mounting holes spaced apart at 1-1/2 inch, on center
