These extended lip latch strikes are constructed of solid brass and come in a polished brass finish. They feature an adjustable tab designed to eliminate the door slop and chatter of closed doors, and they're installed with two #8 x 1 in. fasteners included with each package. These latch strikes are used by many on wide jambs with decorative molding. Adjustment tip: to eliminate the loose rattling of a closed door, remove the strike plate and bend the tab slightly with a pair of pliers, adjusting left to right as necessary.

  • 3-1/2 in. overall length, 2-1/4 in. height, 1-5/8 in. vertical hole center spacing, 3 in. reach from screw holes to nose
  • For use on wide/deep door jambs with decorative molding where damages are caused by door latch when using standard, smaller latch strikes
  • Solid brass construction in a bright brass finish
  • Note: The extended lip size (as advertised) is measured from the center of the screw holes to the tip of the strike
