These electric key switches are constructed of a gray plastic plate and cylinder housing with a key plug made of metal components. This electric keyed switch features a spring-loaded action (to off position) and allows for activation of garage door opener with two redesigned terminals for easy hardwiring. The plate measures 1-5/8 inch wide x 2-1/2 inch tall, and the cylinder housing measures 1-5/16 inch long with a 3/4 inch outside diameter.

Poor Quality and workmanship

Key slot is offset and crooked when backing plate is level. And there’s a bunch of excess glue and bubbles on the finish plate. Looks like a poorly done job.
