Our orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. If there are items that are not temperature sensitive in the same order as cold-ship items, we'll attempt to package and ship separately. It has three different keepers that allow for most mounting applications whether it be a swing in or swing out casement window. Installation screws are included.
