    Highly recommend. I use this to tie my 25 pound border collie pup in the yard with so she could learn about leashing. I used a hammer to pound this into the ground after we had a good rain and it was low enough that the mowers did not hit it. The swivel on it makes it safe, so the dog does not get wrapped around anything.
