Get started with the Pirate Brand CPR Jr. 1.0 cu. ft. Sandblaster Basic Package. This portable sandblasting machine features a pressure release system that automatically blows down the vessel when the control handle is released. The sandblaster also has 1/2 in. galvanized piping for corrosion resistance.Note: This product may require up to 5 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • 150 PSI vessel (10.3 BAR)
  • A.S.M.E. section VIII division 1
  • CRN for all provinces
  • Pressure release system automatically blows down the vessel when the control handle is released
  • 1/2 in. inlet valve
  • 1/2 in. diaphragm outlet valve
  • 1/2 in. galvanized piping for corrosion resistance
  • Heavy-duty full port ball valves
  • Extended life schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple withstands abrasive wear for longer life
  • Flex pusher lines with m-flare fittings

Q: How long is the blast hose & what style nozzle comes with it ?

  • A: 1/2" X 25' 4 Ply blasting hose with aluminum quick coupler & (1) aluminum nozzle holder. The part # is 10-050blk-025-3al if you would like to search for photos online.

Q: what blasting materials does this unit use? Corn, Nut, Sand and glass?

  • A: Per the manufacturer, these machines will pretty much allow you to blast with anything but soda. It can definitely blast with coal slag, garnet, starblast, corn, nut and glass.
