The cats love it but it’s shallow and they kick litter all over the floor. Also, poop sticks to the sides when it dumps so it gets messy really fast. I also can’t get it to connect to my phone. I had high hopes for this but I’ve been disappointed.

The unit is quiet, works well and detects three separate cats. No issues with cleaning or the liner replacement. I am confident the litter is handled while I am traveling for work. No bad smell when I can’t clean out litter daily.

We bought this box about a year ago. It was fine and ran great until we got an 8 month old kitten. It’s too inquisitive and playful, he keeps snapping the sifting screen flap out of its clip. Now I’m looking for a solution for this design oversight.

I don't recommend this litter box, because proper maintenance is far too labor intensive, due to its many nooks, crannies, and crevices that collect dirty litter. Thorough cleaning requires partial disassembly, dumping the last of the cat litter batch, significant amounts of spray cleaner and paper towels, wiping, drying, and reassembly. I actually carry the parts outside and hose them down in the spring, summer, and fall, and cleaning in winter is even less fun, because i have to clean the parts in the tub, which I then have to disinfect. In all seasons, you'll want a shower when you're done because of handling the parts. If you do purchase, get the white, so you can see the mess, and use a longer time setting, so the cat litter clumps and dries as much as possible, before the box spins. Also, get a good mat to minimize tracking. The concept is good, but the design needs work. I'll probably go low tech for my next litter box purchase.
