The Y-split cord on the remote USB adapter is handy for charging both the dog collar and transmitter with the same outlet at the same time. I brought a charger to replace my past one that snapped I have now tried charging my postage barking collar will not charge it but the previous cord charged it fine not sure why this is happening but I feel I’ve wasted my money as it should be compatible with the bark collar as it’s the same brand

Small change brilliant product

I brought these as I have had a couple other ones accidentally break off inside the neck collar . They are the only thing that I think needs to be changed, should be like the phone charger or something stronger. But the collar works brilliantly, no more council fines

Faulty charger

The prong on the charger broke within the first week even though I was very careful plugging it in and taking it out!

This is certainly unusual, as charger damage is typically the result of inserting the charger into the unit too hard, at an angle, or in the wrong direction (the charging adaptor is only designed to fit one way), which will cause it to bend and/or break over time. Though you may already have done so, to prevent this from occurring, we do recommend checking alignment of the charger each time you plug it in, and inserting it gently with careful firm pressure.

Wrong USB

It was the wrong USB so I ended up buying another training collar so I could have a charger that works . The first one now doesn’t shock at at all. So I decided to try the other unit and that doesn’t work at all. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone . Frustrated at best and about $120. Dollars in the hole and I don’t even have a device that works. Very disappointed
