Very disappointed.

This item arrived timely, box intact. The hardware that is supposed to be included is missing and there are spots on the product that appear dirty. Very unhappy and product is not useable without hardware. Don't waste your money.

My cat loves this! Easy to assemble. She jumps in it and plays with the feather. It took her two days to venture to the top on her own. Now loves it, but to play not sleep.
