Pathetic, received expired product!

I expected a product of high standards that would be a helpful addition to my dog's diet. Instead I received a product that had been opened and even worse was expired. I ordered the end of October 2021 and the expiration date on product was July 2021. I was then sent a replacement product which was expired August 2021. I was shocked. Had I not looked on the bottom of these packages, which I always check expiration dates, she would have consumed an out of date product. I wouldn't have given the opened one anyway but sending an expired product is nothing less than careless and negligent. I feel very betrayed and disrespected after placing such a huge order and this happening. This being done once is awful enough but twice is unacceptable. I am also very concerned as to the other people who were shipped expired products. Always check dates!

My poor morkie Went to the emergency room was about to die with P Lea stomach problem and they never could help her I found online this product and within 24 hours my dog's life was saved period They didn't have the chews I got the powder and I used it religiously for her every day and she is super healthy the veterinarians both even the specialists wanted to put her down I will never trust them again thank you tractor supply and all of the people's great reviews y'all saved cookies life

My puppy could use a probiotic, however it is a fight to get her to eat these. She does not like the taste. I have to mix them with dog gravy or force them back her throat to get them in her system.
