Lasts long, but hard to clean

I’ve had this waterer for 6 months and I love the capacity and it works very well, however I noticed how hard it is to clean. I can’t reach underneath the inside of the bowl and I am unsure if it is permanently attached or if the base comes apart to clean. There is mold buildup down there so I can’t continue to use it unless there is a better way to clean it that I’m unaware of!

Water flow

I bought this product one week ago. The water flow was at working properly will not fill up. Maybe the manufacturer overlooked a part stating to align little hole on black cap with bottle and drill hole directly on bottle. The water will then work properly

No Water flow!!

We bought this & discovered after our cats finished the original water in the bowl, it never refilled. We have tried turning the cap multiple ways & even removed the filter. Nothing works! Our cats would have gone without water if we hadn't checked it the next day!
