Trying to put a square into a circle

I have no issue with the filters. All good. The problem is that these filters are not the ones that go with the actual water bowl product. Its baffling because there is label on the product that informs you to go to the website to order what you need, and the filter for this particular product does not show. So you have to get this one instead and kind of put a square filter in a cylinder.
