Received Diseased Knock Out Roses-Non Returnable

Opened the shipping box from FL, I am in AL. They were in the shipping process for only a day and the soil was moist. There was no damage to the boxes or plants. Upon opening the boxes, I immediately thought they looked diseased. These plants cannot be returned! Hopefully I can get a refund or at least an in store credit. This is ridiculous for a vendor to ship diseased plants. Took photos to a local nursery today. The horticulturist said they will most likely die as it is a type of fungus that is deadly. I should not even have to consider nursing new plants! I am waiting to hear from Tractor Supply before I tie them up in a plastic bag and throw them away. Will never purchase live plants online from Tractor Supply again as I would not trust their vendors.

Packaging was incredible. Knockout Rose's were in bloom, very healthy plants. The blueberry bushes wowed me. Beautiful plants with blueberries ready to pick. Packing impressed me greatly. All care went into making sure the plants arrived in the condition they left the greenhouse.and they did.
