Q: When does the Beckyblue flower and ripen? Is is Early Season, Mid-season, or Late Season?

  • A: The berries are large, light blue and ripen later in the season, usually in mid-June to late July. Premier blueberries are large, light powdery blue and ripen early in the season, around late May to early June. Premier needs around 550 chill hours for the ideal fruit set.

    The plants were smaller than shown- were not packaged well for shipping- 2 of the plants were laying on top of the 3 plant. Two of branches were broken

    Impressed with my Becky blueberry plant. It has blossoms that hopefully will attract a pollinator if not this year, then next. In a few weeks, my pollinator garden will be in as well as a total of 5 berry bushes
