Difficult to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so important to have if you ever lose your dog. It’s easy to use and set up, if you have a dog that likes to bolt out the front door when you open it, you must get this to find your dog, highly recommend!

I live in constant worry for my fur babies and this product is just an added layer of reassurance. This pet tag works with a phone to connect to the PetScout network. Set up was fairly easy but I do wish they had a spot to add any special needs your pet has, for example my pet has an amputated leg as well as a problematic tummy- this doesn’t take away from the function but it would be nice to add it to their profile. One thing I would like to see in future models of this product would be a space to engrave your pets information. I keep an AirTag on my pets collar in addition to an informational tag, I felt a little bad adding more weight to their collar for this item but it hasn’t seemed to bother them. Overall this is great tool to have in your pocket, I would recommend to other pet owners looking to be a little more cautious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tag is a nice product to have for your dog. It works well. Easy to use. Nice to have for the long walks and if god forbid your dog gets loose. I think a lot of pet owners should consider using this product especially if they are not microchipped.
