You may to consider thickness of hair around collar as well as the weight and age of the dog. We needed a 26” rolled collar for our male Newfoundland. Flat and chain collars cause too much matting on his neck. There aren’t many choices out there that aren’t $$$$. This is a high quality leather collar. It is very attractive as well. Sadly, his fur is so thick that no one can admire it!
