The Oster Pro 3000i Cordless Clipper for Grooming offers great power and balance in a heavy-duty clipper. These pet grooming clippers provide 3,000 SPM thanks to its compact drive system and efficient motor. I have only used it once but so far I am impressed.
We have Three Giant Schnauzers. On grooming day with corded clippers I could get two dogs done do to blade heat, wiggly impatient dogs, and groomer fatigue.
With the cordless I did two dogs very quickly with no clipper heat issues. I started on the third dog but battery died after a few minutes. The battery lasted about five hours of continuous use. With this clipper, My dogs were more relaxed because I groomed them on the floor instead of using the grooming table. My two 12 year olds are getting a little shaky and being able to let them lie down on the floor helps all three of us. Two of my dogs are soft coat and the other is hard coat. This clipper did great on both coat types.
Only negative is I wish it came with a second battery and the charger base to store and charge the second battery. Not a big deal, I did purchase a second battery.
Yes, I recommend this product.
