I had a problem with the first one and Tractor Supply took it back and order me a new one. The new one seems to work fine and I only had it on for a short time because it is summer here. In the fall I'll know better. And thanks to Alfredo who works with online customer service he was very courteous and quick in taking care of my problem!

Excellent Customer Service! The ceramic top was cracked. I emailed service@nuugarden pictures and my receipt and they mailed me a new top that I could replace the cracked one with! No cost to me at all! Beautiful dual row fire and glass cover works great in breezy conditions! Highly Recommended!
