2 years and still shedding

I really love the look of this rug but it’s still shedding 2 years later and snags on everything! Definitely not dog proof as advertised. Very disappointed because I love how it looks in my living room but can’t handle the shedding. You can’t even sit on it without having to lint roll.

Beautiful but loose threads

This rug was beautiful but within few weeks of purchase I’ve seen the threads starting to lift up. I’m afraid to cut the loose threads at the risk of it unraveling.
