Chair could use more of a lean back effect and curve on the back to contour to the body more. It feels like you’re sitting straight up and the “rock” is minimal.

Defective screws, poor design.

Bought 2. The allen head wrench stripped 3 of the screws on the first chair. Had to uses screws from second chair to finish first one. Called defective part number and 2 weeks later an extra bag of screws showed up in mail. Poor rating is because seat and back slats are too far apart and hurt my but to sit on them. Must have a pad to sit on. Back slats are vertical and also hurt back. They should be horizontal to support your back. Figured this out by sitting in a good quality chair that was designed right.

I ordered two of these rocking chairs for my porch, which is partially covered from rain and snow. I wanted dark wood stain to match all the trim on the house. I first ordered a set from another very well-known company and I had to send them back - they were chipped, cracked in places and scratched and the stain had been applied very unevenly. These chairs from Tractor Supply are awesome! They are a beautiful color, not all shiny and the wood is in great condition. They went together very easily- I did it all by myself in no time. I will probably apply a coat of some kind of sealer to protect them from the elements, but that’s all they need. Very comfortable too. I would definitely buy them again.
