Not a lot of adjustability in them, and I didn't see any dimensions/instructions in the sizing guide when I purchased them. You pick a size and hope you are right. While the leather is good for strength and support, it is tough on the shoulders. Need some kind of padding at the shoulders.

No, I do not recommend this product.
