Q: Is there any way to remove an arch rafter once it has locked into place?

- A: No. The assembly manual specifically notes: ;All of the horizontal rails, spindles and arch rafters have locking tabs located at both ends. Once inserted and pushed into the routered holes, they will lock into place permanently.a year agoHelpful?

Q: So the dimensions are 39" x 23" x78.5"... Good to know rather than the box dimensions. Now, if I am 38" wide am I able to walk through or is the path width the 23" dimension? I have to assume the 78.5" is the height!

- A: The overall dimensions of the arbor are 78.5 in H x 39 in W x 23 in D. The dimensions of the inside of the arbor, where you can walk through, are 78.5 in H x 36 in W.7 years agoHelpful?

Purchased this last year. Pictures looked great so i got it. Flimsy, rocked back and forth. Had to buy 4 steel poles to pound into the ground to zippy tie to each side ofthis arbor for support. Has held up since doing that, but very poorly made.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Our new Vienna Arbor replaces a wooden arbor that needed constant re-painting and repair of Termite damage and dry-rot. Thank god we purchased your arbor; what a difference. We've had it for a month, and love it. Just like some of the other customer reviews, we get lots of complements. Now one of my daughters wants one for her yard. It's not difficult to assemble, but a second person is helpful. The old wooden arbor we had for so many years was flat on top. My wife and I much prefer the rounded look.
