Q: Do you have parts? I need 2 plastic screw replacements
a year ago- A: Thank you for reaching out, can you please send a replacement request to https://www.newagepet.com/replacement-parts-request/a year agoHelpful?
Q: I have a 30lb dog. What is the best size to order?
3 years ago- A: I would suggest a medium would be large enough. If you want to provide more elbow room, the large would also work. You could take the inside dimensions from the site, layout a space on the floor roughly the same size and set your dog down to see if you like the "fit",3 years agoHelpful?
Q: Who could I contact about the manufacturer warranty?
4 years ago- A: Thanks for your question. Email customerservice@newagepet.com and describe your problem. The product you mention has a 1 year warranty that covers defect and/or deterioration. It does not cover damage caused by anything other than natural causes. Replacement parts are available and are provided at no cost for covered warranty claims. Generally, they are provided free of charge for non warranty claims if the customer agrees to cover the shipping cost.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Does the door have an option to choose which direction it swings open from?
4 years ago- A: The doors are part of a pre-assembled panel that cannot be changed.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Some of the pictures show part of the crate door being solid at the bottom and some of them show bars from top to bottom. I like it being solid at the bottom better. Which way does this crate come?
4 years ago- A: Thank your for your question. The difference you have observed is due to the different sizes available for the InnPlace. The Small and Medium sizes do not have the lower panel. The Large and Extra large have the lower panel. When these were designed, it was felt that the lower panel reduced the opening on the 2 smaller sizes to an unacceptable level.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Will this be good for a 50-pound pitbull that destroys wire crates and escapes from them?
4 years ago- A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, no. None of the decorative crates like the InnPlace are able to withstand that level of activity. If the heavy duty wire crates available are also inadequate you may need to have something custom made using an extra heavy wire like hog wire. I assume you have tried professional crate training. Even with that, it seems to be in some pets DNA to resist confinement.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have a 65 lb Lab that will chew through just about anything. Will this hold him or do I need to get a heavier metal crate?
4 years ago- A: Thanks for checking with us on this before purchase. Unfortunately, unless the chewing behavior can be modified, none of the decorative crates - regardless of material content - are suitable. At 65 pounds, make sure it is truly heavy duty. Compare the thickness of the metal rods used. The heavier the better.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Does it come with a plastic tray for the bottom like a typical kennel?
5 years ago- A: Thanks for your question. The base of the InnPlace is the same ECOFLEX material used for the rest of the parts. ECOFLEX is virtually waterproof so anything that spills or gets tracked in simply wipes up with a damp cloth.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have 3 dogs under 25pounds each. One is only 12 pounds. Will they all fit in the xl size
5 years ago- A: Thanks for your question. The collective weight is not an issue. The inner floor dimensions are: Front-to-Back: 42.5"; Side-to-Side: 24.5". Layout something with this dimension on your floor and determine if all three can fit comfortably inside that space. If they already get along well in a confined space, there should be no problem.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Anyone have experience with a large dog in this crate who likes to chew? I’m afraid of my lab destroying this “ecoflex” material that looks like plastic or particle board.
5 years ago- A: Thank you for your question. We have marketed these crates using our ECOFLEX composite for almost 12 years. In that process, we have learned a lot about dogs especially those that can't be trained to not chew. The bottom line is that the only "chew proof" crate you can buy is the old fashioned wire type. And, they are not foolproof as dogs who want out will often find a way. Videos on YouTube of escape artists5 years agoHelpful?
