Bad Customer Service

I ordered this item. It said it was in Stock, It shipped to the Atlanta, TX store. I went to pick it up and it was no an elbow. It was a totally different item. The store people didn't even know what to call it. When I asked them to help. They told me they could not order anything online at the store. That was ridiculous! Then I went back online and it was not even on the site. Called Neat Distributors and they gave me the part/order number. I called Tractor Supply 800 number and they said it was no longer available and could not order it. This is a JOKE!
