Q: I am trying to put a 1.5 gal water bowl heater onto a solar panek. The heater uses 60 watts so could I hook up an electric fence unit up to a marine battery to run the heater in the winter. I live in Central Indiana.

WORKS BUT AGM DRAINS FAST AND IS SO YESTERDAY

Works but would like com port for inverter and/or battery bms. This unit seems to want me to use their pods and nothing other. I may remove the AGM pod and replace it with several 14KW LFP banks I built earlier. And I'd like to use the charge capability but it doesn't seem compatible. It will run the output from my LFP's though. I may fiddle around with different bms' in order to facilitate what I need.
No, I do not recommend this product.
