Clyptomeria globosa foliage darkens to a rusty red tint in the winter months. Slow-growing and dense, it reaches a mature spread of 4 to 5 ft. within 10 years. Cryptomeria globosa is great for planting in groups of 3 or 4 or as a foundation plant.
