National Plant Network 2.25 gal. Potted Black Knight Buddelia Plant

It was nearly dead when we hit it, still not sure it's going to make it. I already have one in lilac, so I know they're easy to grow...verdict is still out, but I won't order any more on-line.

The plant was a full sized 2 1/2 gallon plant great root system and foliage and blooms. This is the best palnt I have ordered online, ever. Great customer service.

Arrived with flowers blooming

This beautiful plant arrived dead. I was so sad and frustrated. My first time ordering ship-to-store at Tractor Supply and I had much higher expectations. According to my order it was processed on 5/4, and not delivered (to a closed store) until 5/15. UPS could not deliver so Tractor Supply customer service did arrange for me to pick it up at my local UPS facility, which I did immediately, but it was too late. In all fairness, I am still waiting to hear back from customer service as to how they can resolve this. If they resolve it to my satisfaction I will of course edit my review. I cannot help but wonder why ship-to-store was allowed for a store that was not open? And why my plant sat without water or light for almost two weeks. Again, I will post an update if this matter is resolved, but until then, be cautious about ordering live plants online from Tractor Supply. As a side-note, the customer service agent was fantastic when I spoke with her on 5/15 - very concerned and great follow-up.
