These dog gates easily hardware mount for added stability; all mounting hardware and brackets are included. The gate opens and closes easily with one hand. When not in use, simply remove the gate from the hardware mounting brackets; it's that easy. Want to use this gate with your child? No problem. This gate is certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) for use as an extra wide baby gate with children ages 6 to 24 months of age.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

Q: Will this withstand weather to be used outside on a porch

  • A: Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using this gate outdoors as the exposure to the elements may cause the gate to warp and rust over time.

I have a large puppy that (although listens for the most part) pretty much wanders anywhere he likes and drives me crazy. I searched high and low for a fence (long enough) to install so he can stay in out of the areas I’m trying to keep him away from. So I found this gate on the Tractor Supply Co. website that was affordable and fits the bill. I installed it as soon as it hit my porch. I’m thrilled that my puppy stays where I need him to without me having to constantly remind him. Best purchase I’ve made una while!!!
