Cobleskill tsc isn't what it was

Less than one star. Wrong product got sent. Had $4000 worth of stone coming and they sent the wrong width fabric. Had to scramble last minute and found it local cheaper with much better service. The cobleskill shop manager "JJ" was everything but professional. No sorry, no what can I do to make this right...very disappointed. Do better tsc
