- A: Helo Ergo, This product’s shelves are adjustable on 1” centers. As a result, the distances between the shelves can vary. Here are the measurements for the items in question: • The height distance between shelf platform of lowest shelf to underside of the middle shelf is approximately 7-7/8”, depending on where the middle shelf is installed. • The height of small lip going around each shelf is approximately 13/16”. • The leg levelers are adjustable. The height from the base of the plastic leg leveler to the bottom of the 1st shelf can range from approximately 2” to 2-3/4”, depending on the leveler adjustment. I hope this answers your questions. need a small shelf for a closet, only one I could find that would fit, wanted some more height so replaced the feet with 8" bolts with nuts to look them in. Makes it a like a 4 shelf unit.
