They are comfortable but the speakers are absolutely awful. You can barely hear anything even when they are all the way turned up.

It’s very easy to use and doesn’t take up much space but everyone else I’ve spoken to using the mic said it’s very muffled and even if I take the windscreen off, it still sounds muffled.

Work calls are better with the boom mic, but the updated link headphones are nowhere as good as the previous model.
The volume constantly resets to the mid point and the sound quality is not as good either
Side by side the outside noise reduction is better on previous models. Volume has to be at maximum when running any equipment
This is my third pair as the first two were great.
